With a separate sleeping area, it is located in the south of Tenerife, in Golf del Sur, within a residential complex surrounded by gardens, with swimming pools, bars, beach bar, supermarket, 24h security and internal parking (to be reserved at the time of booking and subject to availability).

The apartment has fast internet, a lovely terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic climate of southern Tenerife, and a seating area.

It includes a dining area with an American kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need, a relaxation area with sofa bed, Smart TV, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

The area offers a supermarket open until 23:30, pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, and is just a few meters away on foot from Marina Golf Bay and the new pedestrian promenade leading to Los Abrigos.

1. ESSENTIAL RULE: MANDATORY GUEST REGISTRATION (RD 933/2021)
To comply with legal requirements in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory that all guests complete their registration, and it must be completed within and no later than 24 hours before the check-in time indicated in the listing, that is, no later than 16:00 on the day before the start of the reservation.
After this deadline, it will not be possible to complete it and access to the accommodation will not be allowed.

This accommodation is rented exclusively on a seasonal basis, in accordance with the Urban Leasing Law, with a minimum stay of 31 nights. No tourist or hospitality services are offered.

It is a completely renovated studio, located on the first floor and with views of the swimming pool. It is very bright and has a separate rest area, although open to the rest of the studio.

The property has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning via split system and high-speed fibre optic connection, ideal for remote working or enjoying streaming content. It also has a Smart TV.

The lounge and open-plan kitchen area has a sofa, dining table and a kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The property also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom, completely new, has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The balcony has artificial grass and a large planter with natural flowers, table and chairs, and is a pleasant space to enjoy the views of the swimming pool.

The apartment is located within a residential complex in Golf del Sur, surrounded by gardens and with swimming pools, bar, beach bar, supermarket, 24-hour security and indoor parking subject to availability.

The area has a supermarket open until 23:30, as well as bars, pubs and restaurants. A few minutes' walk away are Marina Golf Bay and the new pedestrian promenade that leads to Los Abrigos.

Indoor parking is not always available. There is no assigned space and its use depends on the daily availability of the complex.

Before arrival, the person holding the reservation must sign a seasonal rental contract, indicating the temporary reason for the stay.
